Appointments

Our standard appointments are 15 minutes long. We have appointments available throughout the day from 8am-6pm. As the practice is fully computerised, patient’s notes are available at both branches of the surgery. During COVID 19 we are trying to do as many appointments remotely- via video or telephone as possible. 

Please Note

• Please ask for a separate appointment for each person who wishes to be seen.
• Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• You can always be seen on the same day if your need is urgent.
• If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the surgery.

Payment

We prefer payment at time of consultation. If accounts are sent there will be an administration fee of £7.50. There is also a small charge for repeat prescriptions.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
